What was the result of the merger vote?
WyoCentral members voted overwhelmingly to approve the merger with
StagePoint.


When does the merger take effect?
The legal date of the merger is 10/1/2024.


What changes on my account on 10/1/2024?
Nothing. You will continue to use your WyoCentral account as you have. The
technology change will occur on 6/1/2025. We will provide you with detailed
information and support to ensure a seamless transition to the new systems.


Will my account number change?
Most members will retain their existing account numbers. If any changes are
necessary, you will be notified well in advance and provided with detailed
instructions to ensure a smooth transition.


Will my routing number change?
Not until 6/1/2025. After the technology change on 6/1/2025, your routing number
will change. We will give you detailed information closer to 6/1/2025 on how this
will affect direct deposits, automatic payments, and checks.


Will my rates and fees change?
All current contract rates will remain the same. The new Fee Schedule will take
effect on 1/1/2025. In this Fee Schedule 7 fees will be eliminated and 10 will be
reduced.


Will my deposits remain insured?
Yes, your deposits will continue to be insured up to the maximum allowed by the
National Credit Union Administration (NCUA).

We will provide regular updates through our websites, emails, and mailings. You
can also contact your local branch for more information.


What should I do if I have more questions?
