Why isn’t my Debit or ATM card working?
There are a few very common reasons why this may occur. First, to protect you from fraud your card has default daily limits of $1500 in purchases and $500 in ATM withdrawals. Secondly, as part of the same fraud protection your card has limited use outside of the state where you reside. If you will be traveling be sure to call us ahead of time with the dates of your trip and where you will be traveling to.
I’ve moved, how do I change my address with the credit union?
To change your address you may also stop by one of our branches to complete an address change form or you may mail or fax a notarized written and signed request to us. Fax# 307-234-1523.
What is Mobile Banking?
Mobile banking gives you access to your accounts from your mobile web browser or a downloadable mobile banking application, depending on your preference and your phone capabilities. Both options allow you to view account balances, check history, account to account transfers, person to person transfers, mobile check deposit and find nearest atm or branch locations.
Is Mobile Banking secure?
Yes. The Mobile Banking service uses the same best practices that Online Banking with your PC does. No account data is ever stored on your phone.
I am not enrolled in Online banking. Can I still use the Mobile Banking?
No. You must be enrolled in Online Banking and have successfully signed in for the first time from a PC before attempting to use Mobile Banking.
What devices are supported for use with the Mobile App?
Any iPhone, Android, or Windows operating system is supported.
Is there a fee for Mobile Banking?
No, Wyo Central does not charge for the Mobile Banking services. However, your mobile carrier may charge for internet access.
Are my log in credentials the same for the phone as they are for my PC?
Yes. You will use the same credentials for Online Banking with a PC and Mobile Banking with your phone. If you are a new user you will need to log in for the first time from a PC.
Can I transfer money using Mobile Banking?
Yes. You can transfer money between any Wyo Central that you own, also, you can transfer funds from your Wyo Central account to another account at a different financial institution as well as use the pay a friend option to transfer funds from your Wyo Central account to another person’s account anywhere . If you currently transfer money from your PC using our Online Banking you will have the same transfer options available with your mobile phone.
I am enrolled in BillPay. Can I pay bills from Mobile Banking?
Not at this time. BillPay will only work through Online Banking and a PC/laptop.
How do I access my statements in Online Banking?
Select the E-Statement tab once logged into online banking. Select E-Statements from the drop down then the date of the statement.
Is there a fee for Online Banking?
No, Online Banking is free for all members.
What do I do if I forget my Online Banking password?
Select “Click Here” to reset you password under the I’ve Forgotten My Password, What do I do now? This will allow you reset your password. Or you call a representative during normal business hours 1-307-234-5401 or toll free 844-857-8324.
What do I do if I forget my Security Question answers?
If you have forgotten the answers to your Security Questions select Email Me a Bypass Code. Verify the email is accurate. The system will email a code. Select the Enter My Bypass Code to enter the new code. Or you can call a representative during normal business hours at 1-307-234-5401 or toll free 844-857-8324.
